We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items from our Accessories & Makeup collection cannot be returned:

Our Western Australian-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address in Australia

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to the provided address. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Keeping your shipping receipt
  • Including the original packing slip

💰 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

What’s Refunded?

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:
