Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
🎠Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items from our Accessories & Makeup collection cannot be returned:
- Opened makeup products
- Used cosmetic accessories
- Personal care items
- Opened face paints

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our Western Australian-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address in Australia
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the provided address. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Keeping your shipping receipt
- Including the original packing slip
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
What’s Refunded?

Exchange Process
